Deloitte France is seeking a Manager to join the AI & Engineering team, focusing on Digital Assets & Payments implementations for Banking and Capital Markets clients. You will lead end-to-end delivery, define scope and roadmaps, and drive programs with cross-functional teams including risk, compliance, and operations.

Travel up to 50% and mentoring of junior practitioners are expected, with opportunities to shape proposals and industry thought leadership within a global firm.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 8+ years leading large, complex technology programs.
• Experience in payments or digital assets incl. ISO 20022, blockchain, CBDCs, or tokenization.
• Ability to travel ~50% and manage client relationships.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital assets programs for banking and capital markets clients.
• Manage engagements within large programs incl. strategy, operating model, and roadmap design.
• Define scope, workplans, metrics, risks, and communications; drive execution on timelines and budgets.
• Translate client objectives into asset strategies and delivery roadmaps; ensure quality of analyses.
• Mentor junior practitioners and contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and practice growth.
