Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, or a related field focusing on risk, regulatory, or compliance for digital and/or traditional banking/capital markets.
• Deep understanding of the U.S. regulatory environment and digital asset licensing or registration regimes.
• Ability to design, evaluate, and improve risk management frameworks and internal controls for digital asset activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical documentation and client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Interpret, design, and deploy controls across the digital asset lifecycle.
• Advise on risk frameworks and regulatory licensing for digital assets.
• Assess and design risk management strategies for new digital asset business models.
• Analyze business processes and implement risk mitigation controls.
• Monitor regulatory developments and provide up-to-date guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to achieve operational resilience and 24/7 settlement.
