Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Manager for Digital Assets Enterprise Strategy, Risk and Operating Model Design in the United States. You will lead client engagements, shape enterprise-wide operating models, and validate business cases with rigorous financial modeling and risk assessment.

You will coach junior resources, manage cross-functional teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver value across digital asset initiatives and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related discipline).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in financial services, consulting, or digital asset strategy with enterprise-wide scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and manage teams or workstreams focused on digital asset strategies, roadmaps, and investment requirements.
• Design target-state operating models, including governance, processes, roles, and performance measures.
• Develop and validate business cases with financial modeling, risk assessment, and scenario analysis.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with objectives.
• Coach junior team members and facilitate workshops to drive consensus.
