Qualifications

• Experience on agile software development projects in Delivery Consultant/Lead roles.
• Proven ability to define delivery vision, structure, and execution for complex programmes.
• 5+ years in a Delivery role on software development programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery structures and vision for projects and programmes, aligning with client objectives and Deloitte goals.
• Manage multiple cross-functional teams, plan and schedule delivery across workstreams, coach on agile practices.
• Oversee project finances, forecasting and budgeting, benefits realisation, and schemes of work.
• Inspire cross-functional teams and allocate resources across global Deloitte delivery centres.
• Define stakeholder responsibilities, articulate complex technical solutions in business terms, and report updates succinctly.
• Balance digital delivery with traditional programme methods and enforce governance.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and incidents to protect quality and timelines.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle from inception to transition and closure, driving change with quality.
• Apply AI to delivery processes to improve outcomes and coach clients on its use.
