EY is seeking a Manager focused on digital assets in FSO FAAS to lead teams advising crypto-native companies and financial institutions on accounting, reporting, controls, and operating-model implications for new products and strategic transactions. You will navigate regulatory developments and drive client delivery across multiple asset classes.

You will guide engagement teams, manage budgets, and develop seniors and staff while leveraging analytics and AI-enabled tools to enhance delivery

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related business discipline.
• CPA license required.
• Thorough knowledge of US GAAP and ability to research, document, review and present complex accounting conclusions.
• Experience managing engagements or significant workstreams including planning, staffing, budgeting, risk management and client communication.
• Proven coaching and people-development capabilities with teams under tight timelines.

Aufgaben

• Lead digital asset engagements involving technical accounting, financial reporting, strategic transactions, audit and public company readiness, and SEC reporting.
• Advise crypto-native companies and financial institutions in launching and scaling product offerings (trading, custody, staking, stablecoins, tokenization, lending, mining, decentralized protocols).
• Modernize finance functions with subledger implementations, close and reporting processes, data integration and reconciliations.
