Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Manager focused on digital assets in FSO FAAS to lead teams advising crypto-native companies and financial institutions on accounting, reporting, controls and operating models for new products, strategic transactions such as M&A, and regulatory developments.

You will work across trading, custody, staking, stablecoins, tokenization, lending, mining and decentralized protocols while guiding finance transformation, control enhancements and client delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related business discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Active CPA license.
• Thorough knowledge of US GAAP and ability to research accounting conclusions.
• Experience managing engagements or significant workstreams with planning, staffing, budgeting, risk management and client communication.
• Coaching teams and delivering high-quality outcomes under compressed timelines.
• Strong facilitation, writing, presentation and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Flexibility to travel and work beyond standard hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital asset engagements involving accounting, reporting, transactions, audit and SEC readiness.
• Advise on crypto products across trading, custody, staking, tokenization and decentralized protocols.
• Help clients modernize finance functions including subledger implementations and close processes.
• Design and enhance control environments for digital asset activities and reporting.
• Lead engagement teams, manage scope, staffing, budgets, risks and communications.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders, run workshops and expand services.
• Mentor Seniors and Staff using data analytics and technology to improve delivery.
