Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager focused on digital assets in FSO FAAS to guide engagements with crypto-native firms and financial institutions on accounting, reporting, controls and future-compliant operating models. You will lead teams, coordinate across advisory specialties and drive growth of priority digital asset accounts.

You will apply deep US GAAP knowledge, mentor staff, and partner with clients to deliver transformative finance solutions and data-driven insights in a fast-evolving fintech

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or related business discipline.
• Active CPA license required.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ability to research complex accounting conclusions.
• Experience managing engagements, planning, budgeting and client communication.
• Proven ability to coach teams and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital asset engagements involving accounting, reporting, transactions, audit and SEC readiness.
• Advise clients on launches and scales of products across trading, custody, staking, tokenization, lending and more.
• Help modernize finance functions with subledger implementations, close and reporting processes and data integration.
• Design and enhance control environments for digital asset activities, including wallets and transactions.
