Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager focused on digital assets in FSO FAAS in the United States. You will lead engagements with crypto-native clients and financial institutions on accounting, reporting, controls and product implications across trading, custody and tokenization.

You will guide teams, work on technical accounting, finance transformation and governance while building trusted client relationships and expanding services in priority digital asset accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related business discipline.
• Active CPA license.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ability to research, document and present complex conclusions.
• Experience managing engagements or significant workstreams.
• Proven coaching and team development abilities.
• Excellent facilitation, writing and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital asset engagements involving accounting, reporting and audits.
• Advise crypto-native clients on product and regulatory implications.
• Help modernize finance functions and close processes for digital assets.
• Design and enhance control environments for digital asset activities.
• Lead teams, manage scope, budgets and risks, coordinate specialists.
• Build client relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
• Develop Seniors and Staff using data analytics and AI-enabled tools.
