Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience in or with a Compliance Department at a bank, broker-dealer, or digital asset firm.
• Subject‑matter expertise in the digital assets industry.

Responsibilities

• Advise on digital asset regulatory frameworks (GENIUS Act, CLARITY Act, SEC and CFTC reforms).
• Monitor regulatory developments related to digital assets and shape advocacy positions.
• Support SGUS on digital asset projects including SG Forge.
• Collaborate with Legal and business teams on AML/sanctions and banking law.
