Job summary

DriveWealth LLC seeks a seasoned VP, FCM, Tokenization & Stablecoin Compliance Officer in NYC or Chicago to lead the firm’s compliance program for FCM registration and digital assets. This leader will shape controls and policy across a growing digital asset footprint, partnering with Kalshi and regulators.

The role requires deep CFTC/NFA expertise, strong build capability, and a track record of scaling compliance in fintech or brokerage environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in compliance, regulatory or financial services.
• 5+ years in futures/derivatives (FCM) compliance or digital assets.
• Deep understanding of CFTC/NFA rules for FCM, prediction markets and derivatives.
• Series 3 required; Series 30 preferred; CAMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the FCM/NFA/compliance program.
• Advise on CFTC/NFA obligations for prediction markets and stablecoins.
• Develop and maintain WSPs and custody policies.
• Partner with Kalshi and other venues to ensure compliant operations.
