Qualifications

• Senior compliance, legal, risk, or regulatory role in financial services.
• Direct experience with digital assets, tokenization, blockchain technology, or related investments.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks impacting digital assets and emerging tech.
• Experience assessing regulatory risk and advising on new products or initiatives.
• Asset management/fintech exposure preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools and regulatory implications.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory oversight and compliance guidance for assigned business lines and activities.
• Collaborate with business partners to address compliance risks and implement effective controls.
• Interpret and apply regulatory requirements to products and services.
• Prepare and present compliance position memos and guidance.
• Support development and enhancement of compliance policies and procedures.
• Advise on emerging regulatory topics, including digital assets and AI risks.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assist with examinations and remediation as needed.
