Suave is seeking a compliance-focused professional to support the ongoing BSA/AML program for digital asset activity. You will collaborate with the Head of Compliance to implement and document controls that align with regulatory expectations.

The role emphasizes KYC/KYB, transaction monitoring, and maintaining examiner-ready audit trails, with a focus on Travel Rule compliance and evolving FinCEN/OFAC guidance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in BSA/AML or financial-crime compliance.
• Familiarity with KYC, sanctions, and the Travel Rule.
• Comfort with digital assets, or the drive to learn the space fast.

Responsibilities

• Support CIP, KYC/KYB, and CDD workflows.
• Help operate sanctions screening and transaction monitoring.
• Maintain examiner-ready documentation and audit trails.
• Track FinCEN, FATF, and OFAC expectations and emerging regimes.
• Translate requirements into product controls alongside engineering.
