Job summary

You will develop templates, playbooks, and an internal counsel structure, while coordinating with founders and executives to align with business growth in fintech and crypto. Strong regulatory experience and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• J.D. from a top-tier law school and active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction.
• 6+ years of legal experience in financial services, fintech, payments, or capital markets regulation, with deep knowledge of US securities law and AML/sanctions frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own all legal, regulatory, and compliance functions for the foundation and ecosystem activities, including policy work.
• Draft, negotiate, and execute contracts and vendor/partnership agreements; build scalable templates and playbooks.
• Lead compliance program development (AML/sanctions, KYC frameworks) and regulatory engagement with US authorities.
• Manage outside counsel across jurisdictions and oversee budget, spend, and governance.
