Job summary

CFGI is seeking a Manager for Digital Assets to lead projects with high-growth companies in the United States. You will be responsible for supporting transaction readiness, audit coordination, and preparing financial statements. The ideal candidate will bring five to eight years of experience, including time in Big 4 audit, and must be familiar with digital assets and U.S. GAAP.

As a Manager, you will have significant client interaction, must manage multiple priorities effectively, and contribute to mentoring junior staff. Flexible working arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of experience in audit or accounting advisory.
• Minimum of two years of Big 4 experience required.
• Strong technical skills in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams for digital asset clients.
• Support transaction readiness and audit coordination.
• Review and prepare deliverables related to financial statements.
• Assist clients with accounting for digital asset activity.
• Research technical accounting conclusions under U.S. GAAP.
