Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a Digital Content Management Specialist to govern assets within our enterprise DAM platform (Adobe AEM Assets and Perforce). You will own metadata schemas, taxonomy, tagging standards, and asset lifecycle while ensuring compliance and reusability across game studios and product teams.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, and IT to improve asset discovery, automate workflows, and provide DAM training.

Qualificações

• Over 3 years’ experience in digital asset management, content operations, or metadata/information management.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain enterprise metadata schemas, taxonomy frameworks, naming conventions, and tagging standards.
• Ensure assets are categorized, searchable, and reusable across studios, marketing, and product teams.
• Define and enforce metadata governance, controlled vocabularies, and asset classification structures.
• Manage asset lifecycle processes including ingestion, classification, versioning, archiving, and retirement.
• Conduct regular asset audits to identify duplicate or poorly tagged content and drive remediation.
• Ensure compliance with usage rights, licensing, brand standards, and asset governance policies.
• Support DAM operations including asset upload, cataloguing, organization, and structure within AEM Assets.
• Boost asset discoverability and reuse through analysis of search behavior and metadata quality.
• Collaborate with game studios’ creative groups, marketing, and product units to assist with asset intake, tagging, and reuse.
• Support workflow definition for content ingestion, review, approval, and cross-channel distribution.
• Develop and maintain DAM guidelines, documentation, and user mentorship.
• Provide training and support to business users on metadata standards, search practices, and DAM usage.
• Collaborate with IT and technology teams to ensure DAM configuration supports taxonomy and governance requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of metadata quality, asset reuse, and content operations efficiency.
