Cella, a Randstad digital company, is seeking a Digital Asset Management expert for a fully remote 2-month contract. You will drive enterprise-level initiatives, aligning metadata across Tenovos and Seismic and tackling large-scale duplicate remediation to optimize global asset workflows.

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Asset Management within a large enterprise.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with Tenovos software.

Responsibilities

• Set up a version control process in Tenovos with parent-child versioning and metadata/history retention.
• Implement remediation to address duplicates (14,000+ files) and establish audit rules.
• Build a manual archive plan and an admin-only security partition for sunsetted assets.
• Implement automated retention in Tenovos based on Marketing and Compliance dates.
• Create an ongoing audit checklist to verify CRP-approved files are ingested into the DAM.
• Reconcile assets between Seismic and Tenovos for seamless library synchronization.
• Align metadata taxonomy across Seismic, Ziflow and AEM.

Location: TelecommuteJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $62 - 64 per hourAre you a Digital Asset Management expert who thrives on transforming complex content ecosystems into streamlined, high-performing libraries? We are seeking a seasoned DAM Professional to drive critical enterprise-level initiatives, from metadata alignment across major platforms like Tenovos and Seismic to large-scale duplicate remediation. Step into a high-impact role where your expertise will directly shape global asset architecture and content workflows!*This is a 40 hour per week, 2-month long contract. This role is fully remote but 1-2 meetings per week will be held in EST.*Responsibilities:1. Set up a version control process. Configure parent-child versioning rules in Tenovos so updates to assets attach directly to the original file, carrying metadata and history along with them.2. Implement remediation process to address over 14,000 duplicates and near identical files (duplicates in tion). Establish rules for assets flagged as duplicates and create an audit process to delete duplicates3. Build a manual archive plan to identify, validate and archive sunsetted assets. Set up an admin-only security group/partition where assets live, completely hidden from daily general user search.4. Implement an automate retention process in Tenovos that tag and archive files based on Marketing and Compliance retention policy dates.5. Build an ongoing audit accountability checklist and tracking mechanism to verify that all final, approved files from Communication Review Process (CRP) are successfully ingested into the DAM.6. Reconcile assets pre integration in Seismic and Tenovos. Identify active assets between both platforms ensure both libraries talk to each other seamlessly.7.
