Qualifications

• 1–2 years in media asset ops or post-production coordination
• Coordinating acquisition, processing and delivery of AV assets for film/TV/promotional campaigns
• Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM)/Media Asset Management (MAM) systems and cloud repositories
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere or similar non-linear editing software
• Proficiency with Airtable or comparable project management tools

Responsibilities

• Organize, ingest and catalog media assets in enterprise cloud storage with internal teams

• Generate script summaries for original programming and third-party acquisitions
• Serve as liaison between creative stakeholders, production teams, external vendors and executives

• Track day-to-day project tasks using dedicated workflows

Location Requirement: 100% Onsite in Burbank, CA (Secondary Location: New York, NY).Contract Duration: 3-Month Contract.Compensation Range: $32 - 36 per hourCella is seeking a Streaming Media Asset Operations Coordinator to support dynamic streaming marketing production and operations on behalf of our client, a large player in the media industry.
