Qualifications

• 5-7 years in digital analytics or related field.
• Strong experience with GA4, KPI reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels, attribution, and customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Analyze website, customer, and digital marketing data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Translate data into actionable insights to inform strategy, investments, and experiences.
• Own the digital measurement strategy, including GA4, KPI frameworks, dashboards, and data quality.
• Analyze performance across SEO, Paid Search, Email, Social, and AI-driven sources.
• Evaluate journeys and funnels to identify friction and improvements.
• Monitor search trends and AI-driven search behavior impacting visibility.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering, Marketing, SEO, and Paid Media.
• Prioritize the digital analytics backlog and foster data-driven decision-making.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and ad hoc analyses to support decisions.
