Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an agricultural field is required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and motivate key stakeholders.
• Experience with digital agricultural platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-farm expertise to install and troubleshoot Bayer's digital farming technologies.
• Coach squad members to increase digital acumen and drive customer acquisition and engagement.
• Identify transformative farmers, dealers, and retailers for digital trials and testing opportunities.
• Demonstrate expertise in FieldView, DMP and hardware compatibility and setup.
• Provide input to Digital and Crop Mission Teams on customer needs and features in development.
• Develop use cases for features and train squad members accordingly.
• Train FSRs and dealers in data-driven agronomic decision-making with FieldView.
• Support key customers in data acquisition and cleanup.
