Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Digital Enablement Lead to cover Northeast Iowa on a residence-based basis. You will drive sales, deliver personalized customer experiences, and develop account plans with FieldView and other Bayer digital farming solutions.

You’ll negotiate with customers and support the order and delivery process, while building confidence in digital offerings. The role requires deep knowledge of FieldView, DMP, and related hardware, plus strong communication and collaboration with the

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in agriculture or related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence abilities.
• Experience with digital agricultural platforms and field applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-farm expertise to install and troubleshoot Bayer’s precision agriculture technologies.
• Coach squad members to increase digital acumen and drive digital revenue through solution selling.
• Identify transformative farmers, dealers, and retailers for digital trials and testing opportunities.
• Demonstrate FieldView and FieldView Drive expertise and ensure farm compatibility and setup.
• Train staff and dealers in data-driven agronomic decision-making and data cleanup.
