The Digital Advertising Specialist is responsible for driving high-quality traffic to dealership websites with the goal of generating leads. This role involves managing large-scale budgets across multiple dealerships and digital platforms—including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and YouTube. The specialist will directly build and optimize campaigns, including Paid Search, Meta, and Remarketing/Display initiatives, while continuously improving performance through A/B testing and data analysis. As a digital advertising expert, the specialist will stay up to date on industry trends, provide strategic campaign recommendations, and deliver clear performance reports to dealership stakeholders. Proficiency in Google Analytics, a deep understanding of ad platforms, and a results-driven mindset are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing large budgets for multiple dealerships and different campaign types on multiple platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, YouTube and others. Directly building effective Meta / Paid Search campaigns in the appropriate channel platform
- Managing Remarketing/Display campaigns in Google Display Network and Social platforms
- Continuously strive to improve account performance and advertising efficiency through campaign optimization and A/B testing
- Conducting, measuring, and implementing the results of A/B tests
- Keeping up with the latest digital advertising industry developments
- Proactively consult with dealership representatives to recommend new campaign opportunities, budget changes and to scale existing campaigns to drive traffic growth
- Preparing and delivering digital marketing performance reviews with dealership stakeholders
- Performing traffic analysis in Google Analytics related to paid digital traffic and other sources / mediums
- Acting as one of our resident digital marketing experts
Digital Advertising Specialist Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, equivalent experience accepted
- 3 years of experience managing paid digital campaigns preferred
- Working experience directly managing paid advertising via search and social media platforms preferred
- Experience working with project management platforms similar to Asana and Monday
- Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Google Analytics certification required within 30 days; current certifications preferred
