We are seeking a Senior Advertising Specialist with at least 5 years of Amazon Ads experience to lead campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and client engagement for Amazon PPC, DSP, and AMC. This role will also support cross-channel advertising (Google, Meta, Walmart) as needed. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in Amazon advertising with strong skills in client trust-building, market research, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Advertising Audit & Optimization
- Audit and optimize the performance of Amazon PPC and DSP campaigns, regularly reviewing results to ensure alignment with client and company goals.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance performance, drive higher ROAS, and identify opportunities for scaling.
- Refine processes to maximize campaign efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging the latest Amazon DSP tools for real-time optimization and smarter insights.
Market Research & Innovation
- Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of emerging trends in Amazon advertising and eCommerce.
- Identify opportunities to differentiate Eva’s offerings by incorporating advanced AI technologies and automation into our advertising solutions.
- Champion innovative ideas to continuously improve the advertising experience for Eva’s clients.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop, implement, and manage highly effective Amazon PPC and DSP advertising strategies for Eva’s clients.
- Set clear KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize spend and improve ROAS.
- Utilize advanced audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies to maximize reach and conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and meet client expectations.
Client Engagement & Success
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively communicating campaign performance, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
- Build long-term client relationships through transparency, responsiveness, and high-quality reporting.
- Work closely with the customer success team to ensure clients are fully supported and satisfied with their advertising efforts.
- Provide clear, actionable reporting on campaign metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversion rates, and ROAS, using data to suggest improvements and proactively address challenges.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure smooth execution of product launches, campaigns, and enhancements.
- Serve as a key leader in aligning advertising strategy with broader company objectives and ensuring the delivery of high-quality advertising products to our clients.
Team Leadership & Development
- Guide and mentor Amazon PPC specialists, providing insights and support to optimize their campaigns.
- Offer ongoing training, feedback, and development to help the team perform at its best.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC, DSP, AMC), including campaign audits and optimization.
- Proven track record of driving sales, improving ROAS, and scaling ad programs for brands or agencies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign optimization and data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated expertise in market research, audience targeting, and leveraging automation for campaign success.
- Exceptional client engagement and relationship-building skills, with a focus on trust, transparency, and proactive communication.
- Experience with campaign management tools and Amazon’s advertising console.
- Experience with Google, Meta, and Walmart advertising is a plus.
- Amazon Ads certification or similar credentials preferred.
