Elev8 is looking for someone who’s not just a strong media buyer—but a strategic thinker, a curious mind, and a great teammate.

We’re a boutique Amazon agency scaling some of the most exciting CPG brands in the health & wellness, food & beverage, and supplement spaces. If you’ve got sharp PPC skills, an eye for data, and a heart for team culture—you might be who we’re looking for.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the execution of Amazon ad campaigns for a portfolio of CPG brands
  • Use tools like Scale Insights, Helium 10, and DataDive to drive performance and uncover growth opportunities
  • Work directly under our Brand Manager to align advertising with broader brand strategy
  • Optimize bids, budgets, targeting, and ad types across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display
  • Analyze performance and deliver insights to help guide creative and strategic shifts
  • Help us build smarter systems, automations, and reporting processes
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of hands-on Amazon advertising experience
  • Strong familiarity with Scale Insights, Helium 10, and DataDive
  • Experience working with CPG brands (bonus if you've worked with wellness, beauty and/or food & beverage products)
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to draw actionable insights from performance trends
  • High emotional intelligence—you communicate well, take ownership, and know how to work as part of a team
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment
Nice to Haves
  • Experience with Amazon DSP or external traffic funnels
  • Familiarity with Buy with Prime or other emerging Amazon tools
  • Understanding of how ad performance intersects with creative (images, A+ content, etc.)
  • Prior work in supplements, wellness products, or beverages on Amazon

Position Details
  • Salary: $1,500–$2,500/month USD, depending on experience
  • Type: Full-time, remote
  • Location preference: South America or Eastern Europe
  • Client-facing: No — you'll work internally under our Brand Manager and focus solely on performance
