Extreme Reach, Inc. in New York City seeks a Sales Director, Digital to drive growth for XR’s Digital Ad Tech business across advertisers, agencies, and enterprise accounts.

You will own the digital commercial strategy for the vertical, manage relationships with marketing leaders, and expand cross-platform services while hitting revenue quotas. This role reports to the SVP, Digital; onsite/hybrid NYC, pay range $175k-$185k, with travel ~30%.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of B2B sales in digital ad tech.
• Experience managing a ~$5M+ revenue portfolio and $1.5M+ annual quota.
• Strong solution-selling and discovery skills.
• Experience selling to marketing, digital ad ops, media buying, or procurement.
• Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem including ad serving, programmatic, CTV.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Salesforce and sales enablement tools.
• Willingness to travel ~30%.
• Prior experience in media/marketing tech/AdTech.
• ABM or intent-based selling familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Growth & Retention: Retain and grow Digital ad serving and ad tech revenue; lead renewals and expand services.
• Acquisition & Win-Backs: Prospect new digital-first customers; win back from competitors; expand position.
• Executive Engagement: Build relationships with senior decision-makers; lead account strategy.
• Digital Product Portfolio Drive: Grow Digital Ad Serving, Video/CTV, DCO, Creative Automation, and Verification.
• Cross-Platform Expansion: Identify opportunities across XR platform including Linear TV, Rights Management, Cross-Screen.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Segment Sales, Product, Partnerships, Ad Ops, CS.
• Pipeline & Forecasting Discipline: Maintain pipeline, forecast, monitor competitors, prioritize with CRM/Power BI/AI.
