Job summary

XR Extreme Reach in New York City is seeking a Sales Director, Digital to lead growth across our Digital Ad Tech business within a portfolio of advertisers, agencies, and enterprise accounts. You will own the Digital commercial strategy for the vertical, overseeing Ad Serving, CTV/OTT, DCO, and programmatic video services.

You will build executive relationships, drive cross-functional expansion, and manage a multi-million-dollar revenue base.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of B2B sales in digital ad tech/CTV/marketing tech.
• Manage a $5M+ revenue portfolio and $1.5M+ annual quota.
• Strong solution-selling and discovery skills.
• Experience selling to marketing, digital ad ops, or procurement in mid-market/enterprise.
• Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem incl. ad serving, programmatic workflows, CTV/OTT.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and sales enablement tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
• Experience in media/marketing tech/AdTech ecosystems.
• Exposure to segmented territory models and GTM transformation preferred.
• Familiarity with ABM or intent-based selling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow Digital ad serving and ad tech revenue.
• Lead renewals and expand digital services.
• Prospect and acquire new digital-first customers.
• Win back business from competitors.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers across Marketing, Digital Media, Ad Operations, and Procurement.
• Serve as commercial lead for assigned accounts.
• Drive growth across XR's Digital portfolio including Ad Serving, Video/CTV Delivery, DCO, Creative Automation, and Ad Verification.
• Identify opportunities across the XR platform and cross-platform expansion.
• Collaborate with Segment Sales, Product, Partnerships, Ad Operations, and Customer Success.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast using CRM, Power BI, and AI-driven insights.
