Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical nutrition care for patients under RD supervision.
• Conduct patient interviews and nutritional assessments.
• Deliver individualized diet education and support nutrition interventions.
• Document in medical records and care plans; participate in QA activities.
• Coordinate with health care team to meet regulatory standards.
