Job summary

Banner Del Webb Med Ctr in Sun City West, AZ seeks a Dietetic Technician to conduct patient interviews and nutritional assessments, deliver diet education, and support clinical nutrition interventions as part of a care plan.

You will work with a team of registered dietitians to achieve optimal patient outcomes, with a focus on effective communication and organized, collaborative care delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Dietetic Technician or a DTR program, preferred.
• DTR exam passed within 6 months of employment or equivalent.
• BS in Nutrition may substitute per policy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient interviews and nutritional assessments.
• Provide individualized diet education and support nutrition interventions.
• Collaborate with 5 registered dietitians to ensure patient goals.
• Document education and nutritional plans in medical records.
