Qualifications

• BS in Nutrition or Dietetics is required.
• RD eligibility or RD credential within 6 months of hire.
• Master's degree preferred; RD credential within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop care plans.
• Monitor nutrition care outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide nutrition education to patients and families.
• Develop teaching materials and participate in staff education.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary health care team
