Alameda Center is seeking a Dietary Supervisor to lead the Food Services team, reporting to the Food Service Director, and to assist in planning meals, supervising staff, and ensuring high quality service for residents, employees and visitors.

• Associate degree in Food Service preferred.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and quantity of food served.
• Adhere to sanitary regulations for handling and serving food.
• Oversee meals prepared and served on schedule.
• Develop and adapt work techniques for efficient operations.
• Prepare and serve food within budget and policies.
• Maintain records and reports.
• Assist in performance appraisals and discipline of staff.
• Ensure compassionate service to residents and families.
• Perform any additional duties including cooking.
