Job summary

Creekside Post Acute (CPA) in Yucaipa, CA is seeking an experienced Dietary Supervisor to lead the dietary department and ensure safe, resident-centered meals while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will supervise staff, plan menus, manage costs, and document records, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to meet therapeutic diet needs. 8-hour salaried shifts in a fast-paced SNF setting.

Qualifications

• SNF/Healthcare supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of therapeutic and modified diets.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily dietary department operations.
• Lead, train, and schedule dietary staff.
• Ensure meals meet prescribed diets and resident preferences.
• Maintain compliance with CDPH, CMS, and sanitation regs.
• Collaborate with Nursing, Activities, Social Services, and team.
• Monitor food quality, portions, temperatures, and service.
