Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to planned menus and diet orders.
• Follow and correctly implement therapeutic diets as ordered.
• Ensure accurate tray setup and portioning per resident needs.
• Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and infection control practices.
• Monitor and log food temperatures and storage compliance.
• Assist with light facility support tasks during downtime.
