Qualifications

• Current ServSafe certification.
• Certified Dietary Manager, or exam eligible.
• 1 year experience in a SNF, Assisted Living or CCRC kitchen leadership role.

• Orders raw food and food preparation supplies.

• Completes MDS assessments in a timely, and accurate manner.
• Communicates effectively with nursing home staff.
• Other duties as requested.
