Pioneer Health Care Management Inc is seeking a Dietary Supervisor for Heritage to lead dietary services in a resident-centered facility. The role focuses on safe, nourishing meals and regulatory compliance, with a strong emphasis on menu planning, budgeting, and interdepartmental communication.

The ideal candidate will hold a current ServSafe certification or be exam-eligible for the CDM credential, with at least one year of SNF/assisted living kitchen leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Current ServSafe certification is required.
• Certified Dietary Manager or eligible to take the exam.
• At least 1 year of SNF/assisted living or CCRC kitchen leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Develops menus meeting variety and rotation requirements.
• Orders raw food and preparation supplies.
• Participates in budget development and adheres to budget.
• Ensures compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitors resident weights and participates in weight committee.
• Participates in morning meetings, QAPI Committee, and care conferences.
• Completes MDS assessments in a timely, accurate manner.
• Communicates effectively with nursing home staff.
• Other duties as requested.

Position Summary:

The Dietary Services Manager is responsible for meeting the nutritional needs of the facility residents in a safe, resident-focused manner.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develops menus meeting requirements for variety and rotation of menu items.
• Orders raw food and food preparation supplies.
• Participates in budget development and adheres to budget.
• Assures department compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitors resident weights and participates in the resident weight committee.
• Participates in morning meetings, QAPI Committee, and care conferences.
• Completes MDS assessments in a timely, and accurate manner.
• Communicates effectively with nursing home staff
• Other duties as requested

Qualifications:
