Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and manage a team of dietary personnel, including dietitians, diet technicians, and food service staff.
• Develop and implement dietary plans and menus that meet residents' nutritional needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards related to food service and nutrition.
• Maintain accurate records of food service operations, including inventory management and food safety protocols.
• Collaborate with nursing and activities to ensure seamless delivery of care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects.
• Provide education and training to staff on food service policies and procedures.
