Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDM/CFPP or DTR certification, or military/traditional training equivalent.
• Associate's or higher degree in food service management or hospitality.
• Food service supervisory experience; long-term care experience preferred (2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of nutrition services in the dietary department.
• Lead food safety and quality standards to meet regulations.
• Coordinate with dietitians and nursing to meet resident nutrition needs.
• Manage budgeting for food, supplies, and equipment.
• Maintain resident nutrition care plans and documentation.
• Communicate with residents and families regarding dietary needs.
