Selectis Health in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking an energetic Dietary Manager to oversee the dietary department, including staffing, menu planning, ordering, and service in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.

You will ensure nutritious meals, accurate documentation, and alignment with resident care plans while maintaining high quality and regulatory compliance. Certification as a CDM or pursuit of CDM training is required or supported by the company.

Qualifications

• Certified Dietary Manager or be willing to take the classes to become a CDM.
• Food Handler's Permit or ServSafe Cert

Responsabilités

• Plan Dietary Services: Participate in Department Supervisor and Interdisciplinary Care plan meetings.
• Purchase food and supplies within budget and maintain adequate supply for each meal.
• Provide guidance on diet planning, menu formulation, and preparation of regular and therapeutic diets.
• Plan menus with Dietary Consultant to meet nutritional standards and regulations.
• Interview residents or family members to obtain diet history.
• Maintain records of residents' food preferences and dietary progress notes with descriptive responses.
• Visit residents to evaluate meal quality and resident satisfaction.
• Complete dietary portions of MDS, RAP, Resident Care Planning, and Progress Notes as required.
