Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian, Certified Dietary Manager, Diet Technician, or previous Dietary Manager.
• Organized and detailed in work performance.
• Good communication skills with patience.
• Care for elderly and disabled in a nursing facility.
• Comply with Residents' Rights and Facility Policies.

Responsibilities

• Plan dietary services, conferences, and menu planning.
• Purchase food and supplies within budget and maintain adequate stock.
• Provide guidance on diet planning, therapy diets, and regulatory compliance.
• Visit residents to assess meals and update care plans as needed.
• Supervise food preparation and staffing to deliver timely, quality meals.
• Maintain records and ensure sanitation, safety, and documents like MDS and nutrition forms.
