Qualifications

• Active CDM credential from ANFP.
• CFPM certification preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification current or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve therapeutic diets and menus aligned with orders and standards.
• Oversee patient meal intake, handling, and delivery protocols for safety and temperature control.
• Coordinate dietary needs with nursing staff and contracted partners to ensure compliance.
