Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Dietary Services Department Manager to lead the dining program at a long-term care facility. The role emphasizes high food quality, inventory control, safety, and regulatory compliance while delivering excellent resident experiences.

The position requires managing the food service team, maintaining records, and facilitating training, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in food service management or hospitality preferred.
• Two years of experience in quantity food production/service and supervision preferred.
• CDM certification preferred (or per state/county law).
• Must obtain FPM within 14 days and FSM/LTC-FSM within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the food service team to meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, food supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Train staff and perform roles of dietary aide, cook, and dishwasher as needed.
• Communicate directives from client managers, building occupants, and administrators to staff.
• Ensure sanitary environment by following infection control and safety procedures.
• Represent HCSG positively through interactions with residents, staff, and guests.
