Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have at least five years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing facility or related medical setting.
• Must be a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) in the state.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop and direct the operations of the food and nutrition services department.
• Supervise the department and coordinate with other departments and the administrator.
• Develop and maintain policies, reports and program evaluations for quality assurance.
