Job summary

Confidential Company in Orlando, FL seeks a Director of Food Services / CDM to oversee the Dietary Department in a long-term care facility. You will partner with the Dietitian, Administrator, and nursing team to deliver nutritious meals that meet residents' dietary needs and preferences.

Responsibilities include menu planning, staff hiring/training, safety and sanitation, budgeting, and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and current Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare setting.
• Training in food management, cost control, and therapeutic diets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain eligible AHCA background screening status.
• Must be available to work additional hours, weekends, and provide emergency coverage as needed.
