Job summary

Starr Regional Medical Center is hiring a Dietary Services Associate to join our hospital culinary team. Under the supervision of the chef/production manager, you will prepare meals for patients, staff, and visitors, following recipes and quality guidelines.

This full-time role offers day, evening, and night shifts with a focus on patient dietary needs, safety, and service excellence within a hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen (healthcare setting preferred).
• Must communicate effectively in English and work well in a team.
• Commitment to hygiene, safety and hospital foodservice standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality meals for patients, visitors, and hospital staff.
• Follow recipes and guidelines to prepare all food items.
