Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services seeks a licensed, experienced Dietary Manager to lead the dietary department at our Georgia skilled nursing facility. You will oversee nutritional care planning, meal production, regulatory compliance, and staff management to support residents' health and dignity.

In this full‑time role you will ensure CMS F-Tag compliance, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, manage budgets and food safety, and mentor dietary staff to deliver high‑quality, resident‑centered service.

Qualifications

• Active CDM/CFPP or Georgia RD/RDN license required.
• Georgia DCH dietary services requirements knowledge.
• ServSafe Food Manager certification current or obtainable within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor resident care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Oversee daily food production, service, and tray delivery.
• Ensure CMS F-Tag compliance and state survey readiness.
• Hire, train, and supervise dietary staff; manage budgets and records.
