Job summary

Manor House Care Center is seeking a Dietary Manager to lead our Dietary Department and supervise staff. You will ensure meals meet nutritional needs and maintain department cleanliness while providing residents with a high-quality dining experience.

Required: high school diploma or equivalent and State of Iowa CDM certification. Food sanitation certification is preferred; prior Dietary Manager experience is desirable and the organization supports growth and development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take charge of the Dietary Department and oversee all aspects of dietary operations.

As a Dietary Manager you will take charge of the Dietary Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of food quality they have grown to expect atManor House Care Center by planning and directing all aspects of the Dietary Department, supervising Dietary Staff, ensuring department cleanliness and ensuring residents receive meals that meet their nutritional needs. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive a pleasant and safe dining experience.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent, food sanitation certification, and State ofIowa Dietary Manager Certification (C.D.M). Prior Dietary Manager experience are preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
