Job summary

Manor House Care Center seeks a friendly Dietary Aide for the 1st shift part-time role to assist residents with meals, ensuring items meet dietary needs and safety standards. You will help ensure residents receive the correct meals and items.

You will record temperatures, maintain clean kitchen and equipment, and support a high standard of care through attention to detail and teamwork. Minimum 10th grade education is required, SNF foodservice experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum tenth (10th) grade education.
• Prior Skilled Nursing Foodservice experience preferable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals according to dietary needs.
• Record temperatures and ensure food safety.

As a Dietary Aide you will assist residents with one of their favorite parts of the day! Your work ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Manor House Care Center by ensuring residents receive the appropriate items for each meal in accordance to their dietary needs, ensuring the safety of food and equipment by recording temperatures, and ensuring the kitchen and dietary equipment is clean and sanitized. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a tenth (10th) grade education. Prior Skilled Nursing Foodservice experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
