Job summary

Manor House Care Center in Iowa is seeking a Dietary Manager to lead the Dietary Department, plan and direct all aspects of meals, supervise dietary staff, ensure department cleanliness, and deliver meals that meet residents' nutritional needs with a pleasant dining experience.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a food sanitation certification, and the State of Iowa Dietary Manager Certification (CDM); prior Dietary Manager experience is preferred.

As a Dietary Manager you will take charge of the Dietary Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of food quality they have grown to expect atManor House Care Center by planning and directing all aspects of the Dietary Department, supervising Dietary Staff, ensuring department cleanliness and ensuring residents receive meals that meet their nutritional needs. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive a pleasant and safe dining experience.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent, food sanitation certification, and State ofIowa Dietary Manager Certification (C.D.M). Prior Dietary Manager experience are preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
