Chattanooga Health and Rehab Center is seeking an experienced Dietary Manager to lead the dietary department and ensure compliance with applicable standards. The role requires ServSafe Manager certification and a background in long-term care management.

The successful candidate will oversee dietary staff, implement cost-control measures, and coordinate diet therapy to meet residents' needs, while collaborating with other departments to enhance overall care quality.

Qualifications

• Must have ServSafe Manager Certificate.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification preferred.
• Experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Minimum two+ years supervisory experience in a hospital, SNF, or related facility.
• Training in cost control, food management, and diet therapy.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct the dietary department operation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and guidelines.
• Oversee dietary staff and ensure efficient performance.
• Implement and maintain cost control measures in the department.
