Job summary

Ridgeland Senior Living is seeking a Culinary Manager to lead daily dining operations in a senior living community. The role emphasizes high-quality meals, compliance with dietary regulations, and staff leadership to create a positive resident dining experience.

The position offers a full-time schedule with compensation in the $60k–$65k range and benefits, supporting an inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a healthcare or senior living environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Certified Food Protection Manager required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen/dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the dining services operations and compliance
• Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, service, and hospitality
• Responsible for meal planning, staff supervision, budgeting, compliance with dietary regulations, and creating a positive dining experience for residents
