Job summary

Park Creek Center in Parma Heights, OH, is seeking a Dietary Manager to lead meal production, ensure safe, tasty meals, and manage costs while supporting residents with therapeutic diets.

You will hire and train the foodservice team, collaborate with dietitians, and participate in resident councils to tailor meals and improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Serv-Safe license required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in assisted living or long‑term care.
• Demonstrated leadership, a love for food, and a heart for healthcare.

We’re looking for a Dietary Manager who’s equal parts kitchen commander, budget boss, and resident favorite. If you can whip up a meal plan, keep a kitchen sparkling, and lead a team with heart, we want YOU!
What You’ll Be Doing (The Recipe Success):

• Oversee meal production for our assisted living residents
• Make sure every plate is safe, tasty, and tailored to therapeutic diets
