Job summary

The Courtyards, part of CIMA Senior Living, is hiring a Dietary Director to lead daily dining operations in our Odessa, Texas community. This role focuses on maintaining high meal quality, safety, and resident satisfaction within a collaborative team.

You will oversee dining services, ensure nutrition standards, manage staff and budget, and create a welcoming dining experience for residents. We offer full-time hours and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a healthcare or senior living environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Texas Food Manager Certification Program.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen/dining environment.
